About Pam Burns

Pam obtained her license in 1994, providing her clients with 30 years of professional real estate experience. She has dedicated her career to helping her clients navigate the real estate landscape while cherishing her role as a mother to six wonderful children. She completed all the associate broker coursework, providing an additional layer of expertise for her clients. 

She was pivotal in her children's education, serving as PTO President for multiple schools, supporting them through their sports and musical endeavors, and even playing for two U.S. Presidents. She is now the celebrated grandma to 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild—family is truly at the heart of everything she does.

 A lifelong resident of Idaho, calling Nampa home for 60 years. Married to husband, Todd, for 50 wonderful years. 

She specializes in residential, commercial, new construction, and farm properties. She was a partner in developing seven subdivisions in South Nampa. She also works closely with the Water Resource Board to address aquifer issues, ensuring my clients are well-informed and supported.

Real estate is a family business with members in lending and large-scale custom builds from $1-5 million. It’s been a joy to share this journey with them and help bring numerous deals to fruition.

She loves traveling throughout the Western States and exploring beach destinations. In the past four years, she has played golf at over 100 courses, though she mainly drives the cart!

Her passion for helping people realize their real estate dreams inspires her daily.
