About Kinzie Foulger

With deep roots in the valley, real estate has always been part of Kinzie’s story. Her family has been building homes in the area for over two decades, making her passion for real estate a natural fit. Having grown up locally, she has witnessed the valley’s growth and transformation firsthand and brings valuable insight into the communities she serves.

Kinzie is a wife and mom who values family above all else. She graduated from Utah State University, where she met her husband, and remains deeply connected to the area she proudly calls home. She loves meeting new people and is dedicated to creating real connections and making every move as smooth and stress-free as possible, helping clients sell or  find the perfect place that fits their lifestyle—whether it’s a downtown fixer-upper full of character or a new custom home in Eagle.

Outside of real estate, Kinzie enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and adventuring around the valley with her family. She has a genuine love for the community and enjoys sharing her local knowledge, favorite spots, and hidden gems with clients, helping them feel confident and excited about where they live.
