After building a successful career as a Lead Buyer Specialist on a top-performing real estate team, Tyler now leads his own business with a relationship-first approach marked by genuine care for the people he represents.

With a background in custom home construction and years of hands-on experience helping buyers navigate competitive markets, Tyler brings valuable insight to every transaction. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions and is dedicated to making the process as informed, smooth, and strategic as possible.

Born and raised in the Eastern Sierra Mountains near Mammoth Lakes, California, Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University before becoming a licensed general contractor specializing in custom homes. He and his wife, Hannah, married in 2009 and later relocated to Idaho’s Treasure Valley with their three children and St. Bernard after Hannah accepted a leadership role in hospital emergency management.

Prior to real estate, Tyler served 16 years with the Long Valley Fire Department, including as Training Captain, where he developed the leadership, problem-solving, and calm-under-pressure mindset that continues to benefit his clients today.
