About Travis Hodsdon

Travis moved to Idaho in 2002 to attend NNU on a baseball scholarship. After finishing college at
Dickinson State in North Dakota, he and his family settled in McCall and made it their home for the last
15 years. While in McCall Travis enjoyed a rewarding career as a Fish Biologist for the Nez Perce Tribe.
He also led the McCall Youth Football program and continued coaching youth baseball. In addition he
obtained a Realtors license in 2021. Throughout his time in McCall, Travis experienced both building and
buying homes in the surrounding area. He saw his business slowly expanding to the Treasure Valley, so
he and his family made the decision to move back to Eagle in July of 2025.
Travis has represented both buyers and sellers in a diverse array of transactions. Locations such as
McCall, Yellow Pine, Nampa, the North End of Boise and the luxury home market in Eagle have allowed
Travis to gain the experience and trust his clients deserve.
He thoroughly enjoys the process and opportunity that comes with home ownership and appreciates
the quality of lifestyle and values that all of Southwest Idaho has to offer.
Travis is married to Janell (Kren) who was born and raised in Nampa and is a PE Teacher. Together they
have two boys Roy and Connor who were both born and raised in McCall.
