About Judy Hallamore

Judy Hallamore brings more than 25 years of experience in the housing industry, giving her clients a well-rounded perspective that few real estate professionals can offer. Her career began in lending, where she worked as a loan officer helping clients navigate land purchases, construction loans, and home financing. That experience gave her a strong understanding of the financial side of real estate and an appreciation for the importance of guiding clients through every step with clarity and confidence.

In 2001, Judy and her husband founded Hallamore Homes, a custom home building company in Washington State. Over the next two decades, she played an integral role in building and growing the business, gaining extensive experience in home construction, project pricing, contract negotiations, and financing coordination. Her background in both lending and custom home building allows her to offer valuable insight whether clients are buying, selling, or considering building a home.

Known for her honest communication, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Judy is committed to making the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She believes informed clients make confident decisions and takes pride in being a trusted resource throughout the journey.

With deep family roots in the Treasure Valley, Judy and her husband recently made Eagle their home to be closer to family. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, exploring Idaho, riding their Harley, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
