About John Schoettger

As an Idaho native, I have called Idaho home all my life. While originally from the Twin Falls area in Southern Idaho, Boise has been home since 2004. Real estate has been a passion of mine for many years with industry related experience going back to 2009 and licensure as a REALTOR® since 2015. My experience includes extensive work in marketing New Construction including a 55-unit subdivision of single-family homes in a subdivision in Nampa, ID. With previous experience in the Mortgage industry as a mortgage underwriter, I work collaboratively with lenders and title companies to ensure my clients transactions close efficiently and timely.
