About Heather Ferguson

Heather began her real estate career in the Tampa Bay area in 2012. After her husband, Chris, retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2014, they relocated with their four children to Eagle, Idaho. Since then, Heather has built her business by specializing in Eagle and surrounding areas. She and Chris now co-own The Ferguson Group and Point Realty.

With a degree in Business Finance from the University of South Florida and more than a decade of real estate experience, Heather brings both a business-minded perspective and firsthand industry knowledge to agent coaching and development. She understands the realities agents face because she continues to actively work with clients, manage a real estate team, market listings, and operate a growing brokerage.

Heather believes there is no single formula for success in real estate. Her goal is to help agents identify their strengths, develop a clear plan, create effective systems, and build a business they can sustain long-term. She especially enjoys helping agents move beyond simply completing transactions and begin thinking like true business owners.

A lifelong learner, Heather loves reading books about business growth, personal development, and leadership, averaging approximately 20 books each year. She regularly turns what she learns into practical tools, classes, and conversations designed to help Point Realty agents grow with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
