About Gina Noriega

Gina began her real estate career managing her own investment properties and has been on the client side of buying and selling homes numerous times, giving her firsthand insight and understanding of what buyers, sellers, and investors experience throughout the process. 

Growing up in Southern California, moving to Northern California, and then relocating her family to Idaho’s Treasure Valley gives Gina an understanding of the challenges and excitement of finding the right home in a new place. She’s passionate about helping others do the same. 

Before beginning her real estate journey, Gina earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, a master’s degree in education, and spent years as an elementary and middle school teacher.  The qualities she honed as an educator – strong communication, organization, patience, empathy, and problem-solving – now benefit her clients and help her navigate the complexities of real estate. 

Gina is the proud linewife of Nick, a Journeyman Lineman, and together they enjoy exploring Idaho’s natural beauty with their children. She feels blessed to call Idaho home and is grateful her family made the move, allowing her kids to grow up in such an amazing place
