About Chris Ferguson

At Point Realty, Chris works behind the scenes to help ensure the brokerage operates efficiently and remains financially strong. He is also involved in evaluating new opportunities, improving internal processes, and developing resources that allow agents to focus on serving their clients and growing sustainable businesses.

In addition to his work with Point Realty, Chris specializes in land opportunities, property improvement, and home refurbishment. He is also a licensed California real estate agent with Pacific Properties, license #02234033, where he helps individuals and families navigate smooth and rewarding relocations.

Chris grew up in a military family and moved frequently until his father retired and settled the family in Olympia, Washington. After high school, Chris followed in his father’s footsteps by attending the United States Coast Guard Academy. He went on to serve 20 years on active duty, spending 18 of those years flying search and rescue missions throughout the country, from Alaska to Florida.

After retiring from the Coast Guard in 2014, Chris and Heather relocated with their four children to Eagle, Idaho. He later joined the Boise Fire Department, where he continued his commitment to service. In 2017, Chris made the difficult decision to leave the department and focus full-time on supporting his family and growing their real estate businesses.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys cooking, supporting his children’s activities, spending time with his family, and being an amazing husband—written by Heather.
