Alicia is a dedicated and accomplished real estate professional who is committed to guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling properties with ease and confidence. Originally from Massachusetts, Alicia relocated to Boise in June 2004 and quickly developed a passion for the vibrant community and exceptional quality of life in the Treasure Valley. 

 

Prior to her career in real estate, Alicia spent time as a stay-at-home mom and refined her organizational skills as a wedding planner, which fostered a deep understanding of client needs and the importance of relationship building. Since earning her real estate license in 2019, she has established herself as a skilled negotiator and trusted advisor, successfully closing numerous transactions and consistently exceeding client expectations. 

 

Alicia is devoted to nurturing client relationships and is passionate about helping her clients realize their real estate aspirations. She provides exceptional service, in-depth market knowledge, and personalized guidance tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Her extensive experience in new construction of luxury homes in Middleton, Eagle, and Star has allowed her to specialize in this niche market, and she is eager to continue focusing on high-end homes and new builds.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Alicia has been happily married to her husband, Scott, for 12 wonderful years, and together they have a beautiful blended family with four children. In her leisure time, she enjoys skiing, solving puzzles, traveling, camping, cooking, swimming, and soaking up the sun, particularly at the beach.
